Delivery

Your Salia Original Jewellery order will normally be dispatched within seven working days from the time you place your order.  We will contact you if for some reason this is not possible.  An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been dispatched.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Postage charges are based on weight, and you will be able to choose between regular, registered, express and insured mail before confirming your order.  There will also be a small handling fee on each order.  If you choose, we can have your order delivered to you or directly to the recipient of your gift - complete with a personalised gift card.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your unique hand-made purchases from Salia Original Jewellery but if however, you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will happily refund your money or exchange your order.  Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition with labels still attached where necessary.

Please note that delivery, handling and credit card fees will not be refunded.  In order to process the return of any items, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number.
